Dickon Duminda

Dickon is a Sri Lankan born photographer and cinematographer based in Shah Alam. He creates photos and films with conceptual approaches. Dickon approaches a wide scale of subjects in a multi-layered method to involve the viewer in physical aspects and believes in the idea of function following from within a work.

His photos directly respond to the surrounding environment and uses every day experiences from the artist as a starting point. Often these are framed instances that would go unnoticed in their original context. KL
